Julie the Happy Customer

Working with Gayleen at K9 Pawsitivity was an amazing experience. We began with Basic Obedience at 12 weeks of age, moved to Advanced Obedience, Canine Good Citizen certification, and then to being certified by the Alliance of Therapy Dogs. We could not have done it without Gayleen’s amazing guidance, positivity, and encouragement. If you want to be a well-trained owner and have a well-trained dog. Give yourself the gift of Gayleen’s expertise.

David and Kendra Happy Customers

Gayleen is truly exceptional. Her training demonstrates remarkable dedication and compassion, which greatly benefitted our boy, Oliver. He thoroughly enjoyed her training and adored her, showing no anxiety when we left him for a weekend. I strongly recommend her for any training requirements your furry family member may have. 5 Stars for Sure!

Russ and Suzie Customer Testimonial

We are Suzy and Russ Stratton. We are a couple in our mid seventies. Last March, we had the joy of getting an 8 week old puppy, half Chihuahua and half Pomeranian, who we named Kika. She was a tiny bundle of joy, complete with teeth and a big attitude right from the start.

When she was still very tiny, we cuddled her and enjoyed every minute of it, but as time went on, we realized that we had absolutely no control over her except for being bigger and stronger. However, we were definitely slower and not able to get her to do what we wanted. Frankly, we were a little worried about whether or not we would ever be able to be good dog parents to this little sweetheart. Then we heard that Gayleen was training dogs! So we had a glimmer of hope. Having known her for many years, we knew she was good with animals when she worked as a dog groomer at the vet clinic years ago. At that time, we were amazed at the connection she had with the animals she worked with. We contacted her, and she said she would be glad to take us on as clients. We signed up for the 1st 6 week course and proceeded to see our little monster blossom and become our pet. Gayleen showed us how to work with Kika, so she was really training us also. We had not even been able to put a collar on her without a major battle. Now Kika became a willing participant in many activities and eventually became happy to have a leash and go for a civilized walk. Kika is eager to show off her skills, for a treat or not, and responds well when corrected.

We eventually signed up for 2 more series of 6 week lessons once a week for 6 weeks. We have enjoyed it so much, and so does our beloved pet, Kika.
